New Features

  • Easier Sign-Up: When viewing documents or listings on public pages, you can now create an account quickly by just setting a password.
  • Seller App Access: Sellers can now manage their listings directly inside the customer app instead of having to use a public link.
  • Smart Signature Check: The system now checks for missing signature tags on addendum documents before you finish, helping to ensure everything is signed correctly.
  • Offer Navigation: A new quick navigation bar has been added to the offer management page to help you find what you need faster.
  • Attorney Dashboards: We have added new filters and updated views for attorneys to help them track listings and agents more effectively.

Improvements

  • Smoother Signing: Once a seller confirms their information on the PCD form, the signing process now starts automatically to save you time.
  • Task Reminders: New reminder icons have been added to the main tables to help you see which tasks or signatures are still pending.
  • Better Organization: Company names are now displayed in file folders so you know exactly which organization the documents belong to.
  • Clearer Transitions: Helpful walkthrough messages now close automatically when you start signing a document to keep your screen clear.
  • Mobile Layouts: We improved the look and feel of the action buttons and sign-up windows to make them easier to use on all devices.

Bug Fixes

  • Form Access: Fixed an issue where some sellers were unable to fill out or sign the Property Condition Disclosure (PCD) forms.
  • Dark Mode: Fixed visibility issues that made text hard to read in dark mode during sign-up and on web forms.
  • Button Errors: Resolved issues where the complete task button or other action buttons were occasionally disabled or not responding.
  • Missing Info: Fixed a bug that caused addresses to be missing from certain listing views.

Offer Management

  • Email Issue for Large Documents – When sharing an offer with a large document attached, the recipient may not receive an email notification.

Purchase Contracts

  • Seller Commission Card Issue – Clicking on the seller commission card does not display any details.
  • Incorrect Seller Agent Message – Closed contracts may still show a "Forward Seller Agent Action Required" message incorrectly.
