Navigate to the Term card on the Purchase Contract page.

The system will automatically pull the Contingency from the MLS listing. However if you need add Custom Contingency or modify existing Inspection Contingency you can modify it here. You brokerage can predefine Inspection Contingency from Brokerage Admin module.

caution

Please note when you modify existing Term Contingency then it becomes Custom Contingency. You can identify it by colored circle.
